Camping

Car, tent and limited RV camping is available in a pasture-like field. It will also be possible to hike into nature a bit and get more privacy.
Our hope is that you will get settled and not leave again for the whole weekend to limit traffic. We will be providing a shuttle that will loop through Willamina and on to Blackwell Park if the weather seems like a river stop is a good idea.
Drinking water will be provided.

Other information

We are remaining committed to having as light a footprint as possible. We will have reusable plates, bowls, and silverware. The fest cups are available for purchase and the hope is that you keep yours with you the whole time with the attached band and carabiner. Please pack out what you bring in. It has been an impressively small amount of garbage produced in years past and we would love to keep it that way.

It gets chilly in the night as you may remember in July. This is slightly higher in elevation and a month earlier so please bring what you need to stay warm and cozy. There of course are no fires permitted. Having a flashlight with you in the evening would be a great idea. This remote location is far from city lights and is quite dark which makes for some good star gazing.

You are welcome to bring in food to the camping area but as always there will be some affordable meal options for breakfast lunch and dinner as well as coffee and other beverages so if supporting some independent vendors sounds good to you that is an easy and fun way to go. We will also have a bar with local beer, wine and cider in the main fest area.

Kids are more than welcome and we hope to have some fun stuff for them to do during the day as well as a place that they can be watched in the evening with childcare provided for an affordable price that goes to a local charitable cause. All kids are unique, and you know if yours would be a good candidate for this kind of thing. There will be a craft, snacks, dance party and movie.

Yoga will be offered both Saturday and Sunday morning at 10am. Please bring a mat and enjoy a serene hour by the creek.
